The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for the development of the company's detailed annual budget and quarterly forecast as well as other ad hoc strategic analysis. This position will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the company to align strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects.

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Planning will report to the VP, Finance and Treasurer.

Detailed Description:

• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
• Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reports of business segments and cost centers
• Evaluate and analyze potential transactions, including preparation of detailed financial models
• Prepare benchmark analysis of key competitors
• Support analysis of and preparation of materials for various corporate finance activities including, bank loans, capital market transactions, liability management and rating agency presentations
• Ad hoc analyses, financial modeling, and other special projects
• System administration for Oracle EPBCS module including user training and system enhancements

MinimumQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field
• 5 years of relevant work experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, and/or corporate finance
• Excel mastery and proven experience in building strong financial models
• Extremely analytical, with strong forecasting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills delivering insights to key management

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or CFA a plus
• Experience with Oracle & EPBCS a plus

Additional Details:

Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.
