About the Role: We're looking for atalented front end engineer to bridge the gap between design and development.You'll translate user research into intuitive interfaces by crafting user flowsand mockups, then bring them to life with clean, responsive front-end code.This role is perfect for a skilled engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startupenvironment and is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. Aswe continue to scale, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional userexperiences for R&D teams.
In this Role, You Will:

• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented front-end code
• Optimize user interfaces for performance and responsiveness across all devices
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Interact with a java backend and REST APIs
• Improve our automated testing suite for the frontend to enable us to ship faster
• Guide technical decisions using your experience and domain expertise
  

Requirements A Key Candidate Will Have:

• 2-3 years of experience in UX design and front-end development
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Solid front-end development skills in a modern framework (preferably Angular)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
