We are looking for Senior and Lead UX Designers to help shape the future of our software. We have roles available on our flagship product, Predict. Predict is the tool that our brands and brand managers use to identify their opportunities, then take action to increase their ecommerce on global marketplaces. We're searching for a game-changing, detail-oriented, creative thought leader to improve our products while obsessing over our users!
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

What is my potential for career growth?

• This is a senior/lead level role that will include responsibility over our flagship software program. As you progress in this role you will gain continued UX experience, as well as cross-functional exposure to ecommerce, product management, and web development. This role has the potential to eventually promote into a Lead UX Designer or an Associate Director level position.

What is the team like?

• You will work with the other Senior/Lead UX Designers and be supervised by the Director of UX Design. You will also be mentored by the Chief Product Officer and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
