Key Responsibilities

• Build Your Empire: Create and sustain a successful book of business that has the potential to earn you well into 6-figures in your first selling year.
• Be a Deal-Maker: Source and qualify leads through cold-calling, negotiate the best rates with customers and vendors, and ultimately close the deal.
• Manage Operations: From scheduling and dispatch to daily check calls, you'll ensure loads are picked up, transported, and delivered punctually.
• Maintain Financial Health: You'll manage accounts receivables to keep your book of business profitable and active.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Previous work experience with references.

Working Conditions

• Initially, your working hours will be from 6:45 am to 4:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday, but as you grow your book of business, your schedule can adapt to meet your needs.
• Once performance benchmarks are met, mandatory weekend shifts will no longer be part of the rotation.
