Job Overview:
We are seeking a Teller Supervisor to join our team at a reputable financial institution. The Teller Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily teller operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise teller staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
- Perform various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain cash drawer and balance daily transactions
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch
- Train new tellers on policies, procedures, and systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bank or financial institution required
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and basic math skills
- Experience with debits, credits, cash handling, and cash register operations
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of cross selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
