```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Superintendent in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects as instructed by the Project Manager. Assist with RFI's and submittals for owner's and architect approval in timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and be familiar with project scheduling software, construction terminologies and trades. Assist PM and Superintendent in overseeing subcontractors on the project.
```Responsibilities:```
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and schematics
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Assist in budget management and cost tracking
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Proficient in project scheduling software (Microsoft Projects)
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
