Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. We would love for this person to take a senior project management role with other project managers working underneath them overtime. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Duties:

- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to general manager

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success

- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress and address any challenges

- Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and others

- Collect and analyze data to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement

- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

- Collaborate with product managers to align project goals with overall product strategy

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to effectively manage scope, requirements, and changes throughout the project lifecycle

- Experience in program management or product management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
