- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep apartments in optimal condition

- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pumbing systems

- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, maintenance history, and equipment documentation

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in repairs and installations

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in property maintenance

- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management
