Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sales and customer relationship management experience. If you are passionate about real estate and enjoy working with people, this opportunity is for you.

Duties:

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Process lease applications and renewals
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain tenant records
- Assist in marketing and advertising available units
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential tenants
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive rental rates

Requirements:
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software
- Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling available units
- Ability to handle legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
