SALARY : $85K-$90K
Automotive Manufacturing in Webberville, MI
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in assembly, machining, maintenance and shipping of product.
Maintains inventory records and supplies as necessary to meet delivery schedules.
Ensures effective employee relations by providing coaching, development, and training.
Assists in employment decisions
Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.
Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
Participates in employee performance review process.
Use of SAP system to manager production goals
Ability to work any shift and weekends
Ability to be a Team Player and provide solutions to opportunities
Spends 90% of time on floor
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing production environment.
CNC machining experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP preferred or a MRP / ERP system
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED
Associates Degree Preferred
ADDITIONAL NOTES :
- Industrial manufacturing needed, if non-automotive background
- Streong tactically
- High accountability
- Ability to work off-shifts :
- Current shifts 5am-130pm, 100pm-930pm,
- 5-6 day work week typical, with OT over 45 hours (at straight time rate)
