Responsibilities -
- Provide direct patient care in patient's home
- Conduct physical examinations and assessments to determine patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and disease prevention

Skills -
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong clinical skills as a registered nurse
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and assessments
- Knowledge of primary care principles and practices
- Experience in home care (preferred but not required)
- Certification in basic life support (BLS)
