We have an immediate openings for a full Overnight Support Specialists in our Assisted Living Program in Woodbridge, VA.

We are seeking highly compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team. Our assisted living program specifically serves adults with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders, so qualified candidates much have experience in working with adults with disabilities. We provide a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development.

The OVERNIGHT SUPPORT SPECIALIST:

• Awake overnight position that is attentive to the needs of the residents
• Assists with implementing and monitoring residents’ individual service plans
• Collaborates with other staff members to ensure residents’ needs are met
• Monitors and reports any maintenance, health, fire and safety issues
• Documents residents’ behavior and progress in the clinical record
• Assists individuals with self-administration of medications as needed
• Performs administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, and shredding
• Engages in light housekeeping to maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility

Required Qualifications: At least one year experience in direct services and an ability to partner effectively with people with severe and persistent mental illness. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. Must be able to pass a driving record and criminal background check.

Available schedule:

Full-time: Tuesday - Saturday 11pm-7am
