Pathway Homes is Hiring a Community Support Specialist (QMHP-A) Near Loudoun County, VA

We are a private, nonprofit providing Mental Health Skill Building services for adults with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders in Northern Virginia.

We are seeking highly compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team. We provide a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Starting salary is $46,488 with the opportunity to earn up to $6000 in bonuses the first year.

The COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST:

*provides mental health skill-building services to adults diagnosed with mental illness in the individual's home or in the community

*partners with clients to create goals and develop the ISP

*helps clients develop skills that promote stability, employment, housing retention and community engagement

*engages clients in education and counseling that promotes healthy life choices and actions

*collaborates, coordinates and advocates with other service providers

*links clients to needed resources

*maintains the clinical records for all assigned clients

This position will primarily provide serves in Western Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

Required qualifications: Bachelors in the Human Services, 1 year of relevant practical experience and Qualified Mental Health Professional Certification (or trainee eligible) are required. Reliable vehicle. Able to pass a driving records and criminal background check.

Pay: $46,488.00 - $52,488.00 per year
