About the position

The Conversation Intelligence market is highly fragmented. Every company understands the value – and many of them have tried something in the past – but the existing solutions never lived up to their expectations. There’s pent up demand and we are looking for someone to build and execute a strategy to capture it. One of our top board-level priorities for the next few quarters is to generate demand to compliment our very productive sales team, who so far has helped us grow very quickly solely via outbound.

In this role, you will create, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition of net new accounts with the goal of rapidly building leads, pipeline, and revenue. You will combine an earned deep understanding of our customers and market with ambitious creativity to help us become the market leader. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to have direct ownership, work directly with founders, and drive a variety of high-impact projects. 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns from end to end, prioritizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Create and maintain lead and pipeline metrics (data collection, lead scoring, and analytics)
  • Create customer personas and gain a deep understanding of their buying persona
  • Help run successful field marketing events
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels, experiment, and identify tactics to improve conversion
  • Collaborate with the product team to become well-versed in our products and services and effectively communicate product value across channels
  • Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth handoff and flow of leads
  • Maintain and manage the use of marketing automation platforms by overseeing the execution of workflows, activities and reporting from Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Zoominfo, Outreach, Intercom, and more
  • Own and drive all things pipeline development and lead generation

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • A high-performance mindset
  • The ability to learn by doing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ​​Analytical mindset with a focus on target attainment
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Hubspot and CRMs like Salesforce (or Hubspot, too).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with industry trends
