Summary of Position: Assist individuals with disabilities/autism in expanding their skills, experiences, and opportunities relate to community living. Through the development of a personal relationship with the individual and an understanding of their special interest, strengths and learning needs, the Individual Support Specialist Serves as a resource that complements the efforts of the Assigned Specialist. Work under the supervisions of the Specialist. Be reliable and dependable in maintaining the agreed upon schedule is an import aspect of the role

Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license, reliable vehicle required, two professional references, 1 or more years related experience, acceptable CORI and NBC Fingerprint.
