We are currently seeking a Post Closing Specialist for our client in Langhorne, PA!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure company receives fully executed files in a timely fashion
• Works to obtain signature on missing or additional documents from lender, borrower and or closing agent
• Monitoring and responding to questions/information at post closing email addresses
• Review and submit files for recording
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage funding/closing required
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Job Details:

• Full Time: M-F
• Pay: $18.00-$22.00
• Job Type: On-site
