We are currently seeking a Funding Specialist for our client in Langhorne, PA!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare File for Funding
• Check all title requirements and recordable documents for validity and insurability
• Release and/or set up wires for disbursement and printing checks
• Report any discrepancies, issues, shortages, or funding errors immediately
• Mail out payments, scan documents, follow up on tax payments, handle remittance corrections
• Maintain correspondence with clients and borrowers for corrections/trailing documents if needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of title/mortgage or financial company experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Pay: $18.00-$23.00
