As a Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the operation of one Supported Living Site, ensuring that all support provided meets the expectations of the people supported and all state and federal requirements. To do this, you will supervise and support Direct Support Professionals working in the supported living home. You will provide case coordination services for two-to-four people by entering goals, completing quarterly summaries, and uploading documents to DDRS Portal. Assist people supported with banking, bill payment, and budgeting as needed. SLMs are required to attend and advocate for the people they support at Semi-Annual and Annual team meetings. SLMs will also mentor and support people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to live the life they choose to live.
