Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients. This role involves leadership responsibilities and outside sales activities in the technical sales field.

Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales activities
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse customer base

Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and contracts
- Leadership abilities to guide sales activities and motivate team members
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and maintain client relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
