As a Quality Inspector (also known as Quality Control Inspector, Quality Assurance Inspector), you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll examine inventory shipments, measure production samples, and train team members to enhance production quality. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and exceed customer requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent. Quality certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years experience in Quality operations, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center setting.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, and 8D Processes.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and a team player.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
