As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll oversee the production of metal closures, manage Union employees, ensure product quality, food safety, and safety compliance. You'll also learn and apply SPC principles and basic quality tools, manage equipment, enforce SOP's and standards, and foster a positive workplace.
