As a Production Scheduler (also known as Production Planner, Manufacturing Scheduler), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient planning. Your responsibilities will include forecasting materials, scheduling production, dealing with the supply chain, and maintaining up-to-date schedules in SAP. You'll also work closely with various departments, including Maintenance, to plan press repairs, inspections, and meet customer and facility needs.

- 4-year degree in business administration or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment geared towards customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of metrics and measurements relating to safety, production, quality, materials, environment, inventory.
- Ability to work closely with all areas within the facility and maintain what is needed for total customer satisfaction.
- Availability 24/7 to keep all machinery scheduled and utilize the most cost-effective scheduling and priority-setting methods.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat 8 to 10 hours a day, wear necessary safety equipment, work on the manufacturing production floor, and lift at least 20 lbs.
- Proficiency in Bachelor's Degree, Basic Computer Skills, Budgeting / Forecasting Experience, and ERP Software.
