As a Plant Manager (also known as Facility Manager, Operations Manager), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility. This includes managing maintenance, manufacturing, and operational standards to ensure cost-effective, safe, and efficient performance. You will supervise and schedule facility staff, manage fiscal budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects. You will also be responsible for establishing process performance metrics and taking corrective actions as required.
Benefits- Competitive salary range of 90K - 120K.
- Standard working hours with a Monday to Friday schedule.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (5-10 years).
