As a Maintenance Shift Team Leader (also known as Maintenance Manager, Industrial Maintenance Specialist), you'll lead maintenance efforts, communicate effectively with manufacturing leadership, conduct shift turnover meetings, log work performed, ensure equipment operation, conduct inspections, perform in-depth troubleshooting, interpret technical diagrams, and support facility work. You'll also be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be on-call.

• Starting rate of $29.05/hour with a rotating shift schedule.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft applications, Outlook, SAP, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and logic to solve problems to root cause.
• Knowledge and ability to apply mathematical concepts, read and understand blueprints, and diagnose/repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical system problems.
