As an Assembly Process Technician Lead (also known as Production Technician Leader, Manufacturing Process Technician Lead), you'll be a key player in our production operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the assembly process across multiple shifts, ensuring safety and efficiency, conducting quality checks, performing machine set-ups, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also be involved in preventive maintenance, training team members, and troubleshooting complex issues.
