You'll ensure delivery schedules are met, control labor costs, and monitor daily production output. Your role will also involve maintaining production equipment, managing employee discipline, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse departments to maintain high customer service levels and on-time delivery. You'll also lead continuous improvement projects and manage resources and consumables.
