As a CNC Head Repair and Field Technician (also known as CNC Service Technician, CNC Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of CNC machine tools and controls. You'll initially travel with other Field Service Technicians to gain product knowledge, transitioning over time to a head repair facility where you'll service and repair CNC machining heads. You'll also provide technical support, resolve electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
