As a Lead Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager), you'll direct maintenance staff, perform various maintenance tasks, and ensure the building is properly maintained. You'll also lead electrical maintenance on various equipment and maintain comprehensive records and reports.
