Assist families in navigating the process of receiving child care subsidies from the Department through email, telephone, or in person. Help families identify and understand the options available to meet their child care needs.
Ensure families’ accuracy and completion of families and license-exempt providers’ paperwork. Qualifications needed include basic customer service and oral communication knowledge and proficiency in utilizing technology, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 and various databases. Knowledge of the state’s child care licensing requirements, experience as a case manager, degree in early childhood education, and previous experience working with parents is preferred. Required to attend outreach events in the community and overall support of the CCR&R program.
