Assist families in navigating the process of receiving child care subsidies from the Department through email, telephone, or in person. Help families identify and understand the options available to meet their child care needs.

Essential Duties: Responsible for clerical support for the R&R program department, emphasizing subsidy and licensed exempt providers. Qualifications needed include basic customer service and oral communication knowledge and proficiency in utilizing technology, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 and various databases. Required to attend outreach events in the community and overall support of the CCR&R Program.
