As an experienced Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis will be crucial in supporting our company's growth and success. In this fast-paced, onsite role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Your day as a Controller

The Plant Controller is a pivotal role. You will oversee all accounting and financial functions for the plant. Your expertise in establishing and implementing financial policies, performing risk assessments, and consolidating financial statements will drive financial success. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for managing accounting policies, tax reporting, and treasury management. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in the monthly closing process and consolidating financial statements.

Additionally, you will play a key role in providing accurate and timely tax estimates on a quarterly and annual basis, as well as managing monthly treasury operations. As a member of our high-performance team, you will significantly impact the company's financial performance.

Would you be a great Controller?

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, is required. We are looking for strong knowledge and demonstrable experience with Treasury Management, GAAP, and Tier 1 automotive manufacturing, as well as proficiency with accounting software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary to perform risk assessments and consolidate financial statements. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams are also critical in this position.
