Position Overview: Site supervisor is responsible for the supervision of residential advisors attending medical, dental and psychological appointments and for the assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of daily living skills, documenting and addressing all site needs, scheduling all activities, developing weekly menus and coordinating transportation for Passionate Care consumers.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for all daily operation of the site.
• Ensure all care and services are provided in accordance with state and county regulations.
• Assist with maintaing household budgets.
• Ensures monthly fire drills
• Maintain on call status
• Review medication logs
• Review and sign staff time sheets
• Maintain staff schedules
• Conduct monthly staff meeting
• Maintain vehicle maintenance
