ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications

SUMMARY:
The Residential Program Supervisor is primarily responsible for the day-to-day programming and safety off all Henry 
House residents and staff. The residential supervisor reports directly to the program director and communicates all 
safety related and critical incidents to the program director. The residential supervisor manages program clients, crisis 
management, 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field of study.
• At least 1 year of fulltime residential experience or at least 3 years of experience working with children,
youth, and families in a dependent of delinquent capacity.
• Prior management experience.
• Must have working knowledge of the Philadelphia JJS and/or understanding of working with children and 
youth with complex behavioral challenges.
• Valid Driver’s License. 
• Must have current Child Abuse, FBI, and PA Criminal History Clearances. 
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays and cover additional shifts as needed and be scheduled.
