SUMMARY
Working under minimal supervision, the Supply Chain Analyst is a key member of the Supply Chain Management team. The main responsibilities for this position will be to manage and process the forecasting and purchasing of inventory and fulfillment data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
1. Supply Planning & Inventory Control
a) Work with supply plan and tools as an input to production scheduling
b) Review and revise supply plan as required by changes in sales forecasts or production schedules
c) Implement inventory strategies by regular analyses and optimization of inventory levels
d) Participate with regular business performance reviews with sales & manufacturing
2. Process Management and Reporting
a) Document supply planning processes and follow standardized procedures
b) Manage and maintain planning related master information
c) Inputs to KPI reporting on supply, inventory, sales and new product introductions
3. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must have ability to fully utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP in order to create complex reports, spreadsheets, and other professional documents
2. Must have quantitative skills with an ability to analyze data
3. Capable of reaching solutions by understanding financial and operational aspects of the business
4. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
5. Must be organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Detail oriented, excellence in accuracy and possess highly established logical reasoning skills
7. Ability to follow all Company policies and safety guidelines
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration required.
Must have three (3) years of experience working in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP preferred. Similar industry experience highly desired.
