Our scope of work includes Design, Development, Modification, Integration and Production of Avionics and Avionic Software for commercial, defense, and aerospace industries.

Overview:

iAccess Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist. The person in this position is expected to be the primary interface with the vendors. This person will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop procurement packages, qualify vendors, and lead vendor selection process based on program requirements and company objectives. The Supply Chain Specialist is also expected to maintain and track vendors from vendor selection until final delivery and post warranty support in accordance with subcontract requirements. Additionally, the Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for providing vendor status to the team, identifying issues and determining corrective actions and maintain requirements baseline and configuration control to each vendor.

Responsibilities:

In this role, the successful candidate will be working on-site with a multidisciplinary team in support of iAccess programs. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop business relationships with material and component vendors.
  • Interface with several teams daily to manage Supply Chain requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies including export regulations, company policies and procedures.
  • Perform Supply Chain order execution, delivery management, and analyze data.
  • Review purchase orders with appropriate Company disciplines to ensure that all contractual requirements are consistent with iAccess’ proposal.
  • Assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
  • Record, track, monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
  • Process material returned from customers.
  • Possess additional business and communication and look for ways to provide continuous process improvement.
  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity, and performance.
  • Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required, "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiar with reading engineering documents, drawings, engineering orders and understanding export/import regulations.
  • General understanding of maintenance, modifications, retrofit processes and procedures.
  • Must be able to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Must be adaptable, and able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment.
  • Must have strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and do business with suppliers.
  • Must be able to successfully develop and adjust procurement strategies and plans and find ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Must be able to handle unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain or delivery problems, and adjust plans as needed to resolve the issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Possess experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or related work experience, a master’s degree in business with 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
