Report to: Professional Manager and Professional Supervisor
Job Summary
- The primary purpose of this position is to achieve your personal sales target by managing the sales of existing salon accounts as well as opening new salon accounts.
- This position also requires planning and conducting marketing activities with the manager,
as well as collaborative efforts with other team members depending on assigned tasks.
Essential Functions
- Report to the Manager and Supervisor at Professional Dept. when needed or required.
- Open new salon accounts and increase the new account sales.
- Handle and manage the sales of existing salon accounts.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or needed.
Objectives
1. 100% achievement of personal sales target with the supervisor
2. Complete sales and marketing tasks as assigned by the supervisor
3. Maintain contact with all A & B rank accounts including business trips every month
4. Contact 50% of C-rank accounts every month
5. Achieve organic new account targets each half
6. Process and handle order requests every day
7. Maintain and update professional website, Instagram and YouTube channel as needed
8. Creating marketing materials as needed
Requirement
- Strong communication/reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel, PowerPoint
- Japanese Bilingual (Writing/Reading/Speaking/Listening) in Fluent Level
- Motivation skills and a positive attitude
