Job Description:
The company is in the early stages of a startup. They are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will encompass creating frameworks, marketing, devising sales strategies, and engaging in sales activities such as sponsor acquisition, event coordination, and sales targeting companies with a substantial audience base, as well as catering to group and corporate travel needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop operational frameworks
- Plan and execute marketing strategies
- Plan sales strategies
- Engage in sales activities, including sponsor acquisition, event planning, and sales targeting specific corporate and group travel entities
Requirements:
- fluency in both Japanese and English Marketing experience in similar industry
- Medical/Dental/Vision
- Paid Holiday: 125 days per year (including Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays / summer and New Year holidays)
- PTO (10 days/year)
