Position: HR/Office Support Supervisor (PERM)

Pay: $75K~ (DOE)
Location: Schaumberg, IL
This position will assist with high level professional HR generalist activities such as full life cycle recruiting, employee relations, retention strategy, benefits and compensation, strategy-day to day, vendor relations, training, key HR project work and administration process support.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Payroll
Generates and completes bi-weekly payroll reports and analyzes for accuracy.
entry, process garnishments and issue checks to appropriate parties; reconcile payroll checking
account; enter data and changes
Human Resources
Records, new employee training schedules; coordinate annual Employee Evaluations; updates to
Employee Manual; ongoing process of compiling procedures for job functions
Recruitment and hiring, dismissal of employees, implementation of personnel policies,
absenteeism and tardiness control, labor turnover control, employee grievance control, employee
In partnership with all managers maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

In partnership with Human Resources General Manager coordinates company group benefit programs, such as life, health, dental insurance, 401K, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance (enrollments, terminations, COBRA).
Plan Administrator for employee Health Plan including enrollments, assisting with claim problems,
Administration
Ensures sound administrative process management within responsibilities
ordering of office supplies and toners, building and property repairs and
maintenance, company vehicle repairs and maintenance; reconcile checking account for
miscellaneous cash, cellular phone equipment and services; distribute mail, distribution of holiday
General Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with 2-5 years of experience in human resources.
Driver’s license
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Follows up to complete any assigned work.
Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
Maintains good communication with supervisors, staff members and outside contacts
