Report to: Finance Manager
Services: Finance Administration and Coordinators
Salary: $70K (DOE)
- Previous Manufacturing Experience
- Finance Accounting Supervisor/Manager Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Manage administrators and coordinators (Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General ledger)
2) Assist business plan preparation
3) Monthly financial statements
4) Coordinate Japanese transplants' income taxes with local CPA
5) Royalty calculation
6) Approve bank wire transfers
7) Set up bank wire transfers
8) Quarterly Consolidated Financial information to Parent Co., & Audit company
9) Quarterly Financial information to Parent Co.,
10) Maintain J-SOX compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE
1) Direct supervision
2) Manufacturing
EDUCATION：
1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1) Keyboarding and sitting. No other physical strength other than normal office activities.
EQUIPMENT USAGE
1) Computer skills it include Accounting software and spreadsheet software
2) Copier and fax machine
3) Calculator
MENTAL/COGNITIVE DEMANDS：
1) Excellent written & verbal communication skills
2) Must be detailed oriented
3) Organizational & planning skills
4) Good analytical and problem-solving skills
5) Excellent mathematical skills
