Your role will be to help them maintain their independence, dignity, and sense of purpose while fostering a warm and compassionate environment. PASCO's mission to facilitate choice, independence, and peace of mind for our clients starts with YOU - our Caregivers - by offering more than just assistance, but companionship, empathy, and a caring touch all while in the safety of their homes.

While working with PASCO clients, one may expect to perform any of the following caregiving tasks:

• Assisting with personal care: bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, and exercise
• Dietary/Nutrition: preparing meals/snacks, encouraging fluid intake, purchase vitamins, meal planning
• General health care: overseeing medication and prescriptions usage, appointment reminders and administering medicine
• Personal supervision: providing constant companionship and general supervision
• Emotional support: being a stable companion and supporter in all matters personal, health-related and emotional
• Back-up care (or respite) services: providing other caregivers a break
• Home organization: help with organizing, packing or cleaning for a trip, or general house care and cleaning (i.e. laundry)
• Health monitoring: following a care plan and noticing any changes in the individual’s health, recording and reporting any differences

• Home Health experience (preferred) 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Previous caregiving experience a plus, but not mandatory
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's licence and current auto insurance (required)

Important Information:

• Caregivers needed to cover Monday thru Friday 10p - 8a (nightshift) OR 8a - 5p (dayshift) and must be willing to commit to their assisgned schedule.

• Location: Littleton, CO 80123
• Compensation: $15.75 - $18/hour depending on client and covered services
