POSITION:

As a CNA you will be asked to provide skilled care services including, but not limited to: transfers (i.e. Hoyer Lift), positioning, feedings, dressing/undressing, catheter care (emptying bag and cleaning), skin care, oxygen precautions, feeding, mouth care - just to name a few. PASCO CNAs have the opportunity to work with the same client(s) over time thus building a 1:1 relationship with your client(s).

POSITION DETAILS:

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Denver, CO 80235 to provide skilled care to two clients. These clients each use a wheelchair and live together. Your main responsibilities will be assisting these clients with going to bed, including tasks such as transfers (using Hoyer lift), positioning, bladder and bowel care (assisting to or with toilet), catheter care (emptying and cleaning), dressing/undressing (clothes and applying/removing braces or stockings), skin care, mouth care, feeding, and oxygen precautions - to name a few. Your duty will be to ensure the client's safety and well-being and assist each with their bedtime visit needs. These clients are sweet as can be and enjoy building a long-lasting relationship with their CNA's.

POSITION INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Prior home health experience (preferred).
• Ability to work with two clients.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
• Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Mobility to bend, stoop, kneel, twist at hips assist with transfers.
• Visual and auditory acuity to assess clients needs and respond promptly.
• Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal care.

COMPENSATION: $21 per hour (weekly paychecks)

SCHEDULE & LOCATION: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30pm-9:30pm in Denver, CO 80235
