### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all aspects of the properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent customer service and organizational skills.
### Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely completion of work orders
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, including leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for each property
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations to ensure compliance
### Skills:
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Excellent property management skills, including leasing, marketing, and tenant relations
- Customer relationship management skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
- Sales skills to attract prospective tenants and negotiate lease agreements
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing program guidelines is a plus
- Experience in facilities management to oversee property maintenance activities
- Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors
- Strong organizational skills to manage files, records, and financial documents
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other property-related documentation
