Field RNs and LPNs to conduct home visits, OASIS Assessment, Medication Management, and Disease Process Teaching
What we are looking for:
1 year of Home Health experience required, preferably performing Medicare or Managed Care visits.
FL Driver's License
Auto Insurance (card with applicant name or declaration page)
Physical Exam and 2 Step TB Test or Chest X-Ray (no older than 6 months)
CPR (original card)
Yearly mandatory in service
Level 2 Criminal Background Check
What will blow our minds!
1-3 year's experience with Medicare and Managed Care visits
1-3 year's experience with field visits
