Job Description:
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of pediatric patients? We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our team at our Pediatric Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in a PPEC center setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Capable of responding to emergency situations
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting the individual for skilled nursing care, feeding, changing, and emergency response.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Pediatric nursing experience with at least six months experience caring for medically or technology dependent children / individual
• Neonatal, PICU, critical care, including vents, tracheostomies , G-tubes, monitoring, IV and central line care preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
