Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and inventory control. This position has potential for a yearly bonus and/or profit-sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision (this includes coordinating employee schedules and submitting payroll)
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
• Hiring, training, and supervising store employees
• Manage store inventory levels and order new products as necessary
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead
• Implement promotions, deals, and other strategies to reach the store's sales goals

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
• Proficiency in clerical tasks such as sales reporting and inventory management
• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate employees
• Knowledge of training development techniques to enhance staff capabilities
• Familiarity with cash register operations and sales procedures
• Experience in supervising staff to ensure high-quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
