The Job at a Glance

The SEM Analyst will be a key member of the Digital Marketing team supporting our search engine marketing, paid search, and paid media strategies, while collaborating closely with our third-party digital marketing agency and our Parts Townteams. You'll be responsible for continuously monitoring our paid search, paid media channels,researching, and identifying opportunities for optimizationsas well asprovidingrecommendations. As the SEM Analyst, you’ll play a key part in driving our business' growth and success. Are you a creative thinker and strategic problem-solver who tries to uncover the best solution possible? A Typical Day

• Use search engine marketing knowledge to provide analysis and recommendations on Paid Search and Shopping campaigns, as well as other paid media channels such as YouTube, Display, etc.
• Develop and expand campaigns & ad groups, keyword,and negative lists, improve ad copy titles and descriptions, etc. in coordination with our third-party partner
• Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns while alsomanaging it to approved budgets
• Develop and employ successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management to hit target acquisition goals and efficiency metrics
• Provide performance reporting on marketing initiatives that translate data sets into actionable results that align with business objectives
• Monitor competitive landscape for insights on impact to paid search campaigns and identify opportunities to proactively address any changes in competition

To Land This Opportunity

• You have 1-3 experience with an ecommerce focused business in search engine marketing, paid search, digital marketing, or other related fields
• You are an expert in navigating and utilizing tools such as Google Ads (AdWords), Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads), Google Analytics, Google Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, etc.
• You have strong project management and organizational skills - demonstrated through your ability to think on your feet, work with limited resources and manage multiple campaigns
• You have a passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing, paid search and paid media
• You’re a proactive thinker with superb analytics skills
• You show fanatical attention to detail
• You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all company levelsand partners.
