The Job at a Glance
The Customer Support Specialist (internally known as Support Squad) supports our customers by providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the warranty process. Working closely with the Warranty MFG team, this specialist is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are submitted promptly from the customer. Primary functions include assisting customers on warranty credits. Strong data entry, communication, and interpersonal skills are the keys to success - speed and accuracy a must! If you’re courageous and it’s your destiny to become a Warranty expert, apply today!
A Typical Day
  • Generate account adjustments and warranty invoices in company ERP system (SAP)
  • Learn and comprehend defective part process to address customer questions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through e-mails to our customers.

To Land This Opportunity
  • You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • You pay close attention to detail, as far as you’re concerned anything worth doing should be done right
  • Intermediate to advanced familiarity of Sales Force and SAP
  • Stellar customer service, data entry, and organizational skills
  • Work independently to hit weekly and monthly deadlines.
