The Job at aGlance

As aInsideServiceTechnician(internally known as aTech Wizard), you will directly communicate with end users and field technicians to providetechnicalsupport over the phone and via email.

On a daily basis, you’ll assist with repairs on warranty and non-warranty foodservice equipment (specificallyhot-side units).

You’ll work closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment / component failure rates.

A Typical Day

• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipmentinformation and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner
• Utilize equipment manuals,wiring diagrams, and parts listingsto diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Maintainallcustomer call information intoa company database to better assist future inquiries

To Land This Opportunity

• You have experiencein electric / gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC(or relevant training / schooling)
• Youare fluent in English andhave excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You’re confident using a computer and navigatingprograms such asMS Word & Outlook
• You’re passionate about troubleshooting andfinding innovative solutions to difficult problems
• You have the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, team atmosphere
