Partnership Schools is Hiring a Music Teacher (Cleveland) 2023-2024 Near Cleveland, OH

Position: Music Teacher (2023-2024 School Year)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Type: Full-Time
Partnership Schools is accepting applications for full-time music teachers. We are looking for educators who share an unwavering commitment to raising student achievement and an appreciation and respect for Catholic culture, identity, and values.
Partnership teachers are eager for continuous feedback as they develop their instructional practice and grow professionally. At the Partnership we support teachers through weekly school-based professional development, network-wide PD meetings, coaching and feedback sessions from school-site leadership, and nationally recognized partner organizations —Teach like a Champion (TLaC), Amplify, Core Knowledge, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing a positive and structured classroom environment that engages students and motivates them to succeed
  • Assuming responsibility for the academic progress of students with a high sense of urgency and ownership toward quantifiable results
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan units and lessons and develop expertise in implementing instruction
  • Fulfilling the school’s mission to educate the whole child, mind, body, and spirit
  • Taking accountability for student learning and for meeting classroom performance goals
  • Using tests, assessments, classroom performance, and other designated evaluation and diagnostic tools to assess the progress of students, and drive instruction and intervention
  • Creating and communicating with families of students in a positive and respectful manner
  • Participating in ongoing professional developments sessions to grow as an instructional leader

  • Relentlessness and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure success
Position Requirements:
  • Respect for and appreciation of the Catholic faith and Catholic education
  • Must pass a background check
Partnership Schools is an equal-opportunity employer organization that values diversity. The salary range for this position is $32,000-$60,000 commensurate with years of experience.
