We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead a team to ensure efficient processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff

- Manage inventory control processes

- Implement logistics strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity

- Operate forklifts for moving materials within the warehouse

- Handle shipping and receiving tasks

- Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance

- Perform heavy lifting as required

- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking and organizing goods

- Oversee distribution center activities

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in team management within a warehouse setting

- Proficiency in inventory control practices

- Knowledge of logistics operations and best practices

- Ability to drive process improvement initiatives

- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment

- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures

- Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance tasks

- Capable of handling heavy lifting tasks as needed

- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

- Prior experience in managing a distribution center is a plus
